Dental Hygienist
Fiona has been a dental assistant for 19 years and loves building bonds with her patients. She chose dentistry because of its challenge by helping others in a field where most people have anxiety and need a little extra compassion. She takes extra steps to ensure you feel comfortable during your dental visit.
In her free time, Fiona enjoys spending time with her children, working with horses, gardening, travelling, and wine tasting. One item on her bucket list is to visit all of the islands in the South Pacific.
Front Desk
Rosalinda loves her receptionist role at Hoerster Family Dentistry in Fredericksburg, TX. Getting to know her patients and how they’re doing is the highlight of her day. Plus, she feels blessed to work with a team that feels more like family than coworkers.
In her free time, Rosalinda spends most of her days with her large family. They enjoy sports, bowling, and putt-putt golf, and she looks forward to fishing trips with her husband each year. Her favorite quote? “Never give up on what you love! God will lead you to where you need to be!”
Dental Assistant
Andria was born in San Jose, California. Most of her upbringing however was spent in a small German town named New Braunfels, Texas where she has continued to call her ‘roots.’ Andria has a passion for the outdoors, water + snow skiing, mountain biking, golf, and tennis to name a few. She loves to travel which she learned from a young age while spending summers in Mexico and winter breaks in Europe.
Andria has a Bachelors of Science with a focus in Business; has experience at Seven Q Seven (an Aviation company working on Boeing 727), Northrop Grumman, Pearson Publishing, and Dell Technologies. Andria has served in a variety of capacities supporting key partnerships, pricing, merchandising + marketing, strategy and business development.
Andria has been married to her best friend where they have three boys; ages 2, 4 and 16. Here children keep her active and loving the little things in life.
Dental Hygienist
Melissa is an Air Force veteran and worked in the culinary arts, but she always knew her real passion was dentistry and pursued the career. She loves getting to know her patients and building friendships, and always steps up to help anywhere she can around our practice.
Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with family. Her kids are busy with sports, and if she’s not at practice, she’s at a game for baseball, softball, football, basketball, volleyball, or track. Melissa also enjoys music, road trips, and long walks. Her favorite quote? “No matter how you feel: Always get up, dress up, show up, and never give up.”
Front Desk
Outside of the office, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family, including her best friend and fiance. She also loves adventures, and one item on her bucket list is to go zip lining somewhere extreme like a rainforest.
Dental Assistant
After graduating from Texas A&M, she decided that she wanted to pursue a career in dental assisting and attended Austin Dental Assistant School to become a registered dental assistant. When Madison isn’t in the office, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
